I always see that people talk about the Devil you know when they are using a non exotic hand cannon but I never hear about high fixer. Is there a huge difference or is that all just coincidence? I have a devil you know (and some exotics and a red hand IX new monarchy hand cannon ) but I was thinking about lord high fixer from the vendor for my titan. Mostly for the radar perk.
