Formal Complaint: Matchmaking Broken Again!

[u][b]Formal Complaint: Matchmaking Broken[/b] [/u] Dear Bungie advisor, I have had numerous problems with connectivity and launching the game since first buying Destiny. It is getting to be ridiculous. This evening (07/11/2014), the matchmaking was broken again. This is the third time this has happened to me. I launch a strike but no other players appear with me. I launch crucible and the matchmaking circle keeps spinning indefinitely. There is no error code box. I have full wireless connection and am able to play other on-line games without any problems. My brother plays on [i]the same console[/i] and encounters [i]no problems[/i] while playing Destiny. I however have frequently encountered errors and disconnects. I can assure you, it has nothing to do with connectivity on my end. The wireless is always excellent in my household with full connectivity for all devices 99% of the time. Other friends appear on-line on the Xbox Live and I am able to message them and join a party if I so choose. I am simply not able to play [i]your[/i] game due to matchmaking problems. I am very disappointed by all of these problems and errors and would like to make [i]a formal complaint[/i] in writing. I would also like to see all errors [i]resolved[/i] as soon as possible. I believe this game had both an alpha and a beta. Surely such problems should have been encountered, anticipated and dealt with before launch? I would rather wait longer for the game to come out to ensure quality, than be given a shell of a game with a plethora of problems. I very much enjoy playing the game when it works. It is the best FPS I’ve ever played with beautiful graphics and artistry. However, I have paid good money for a game I am often unable to play. This is simply unacceptable. I am sure that it is not your fault in particular, but it is a fault with the Bungie servers and service in general. Gamers, such as myself, who have experienced these errors (and from a cursory glance at the Help Forum, it would seem that a great many have), should be given some form of compensation. We have paid for a game riddled with bugs and errors. Please message me the relevant details so that I can make a formal complaint to your manager and please resolve these problems as soon as possible.   • Hi Lord Yesua, Thank you for taking the time to share your experiences. Although you are writing a complaint letter, it is clear that at the end of the day, you want nothing but an enjoyable Destiny experience. We do too! I will do a couple things here. First, I'll be moving this post to our Feedback forum to ensure it gets in front of the eyes of other players who can offer their thoughts and experiences. We always want to hear from our players. Second, I will pass along the contents of this post to the right people internally. We are constantly working to improve everyone's time playing Destiny and messages like yours are important. Finally, if you like, please make a post in our help forum with just the issues you are seeing. I don't want to detract from any potential discussion about this message with regular #Help content.
