See this is what developers do when they actually give as shit about their fans and not just about making money and scamming 12 year olds. Not to mention I GUARANTEE the Witcher 3 has 10x more content than destiny at launch.
If you think the $20 dollar destiny dlc is reasonable after seeing this you should see a psychiatrist.

You mean after the game tanked and got low ratings, they are trying to gain some face back with the gaming community
-
You should see one to help you understand your need to troll a game forum about another game.
-
Only thing I do now is run a single raid on my main Tuesday and that's it. I spent enough time with the game and have moved on. Activision is a poison and anything with their label on it I'm avoiding. Not going to let them rip me off ever again

My psychiatrist told me not to listen to people like you.

Here's some of the first reviews, based on actual play by reviewers, for Dragon Age.... and it doesn't come out for another week! http://www.pcgamer.com/dragon-age-inquisition-hands-on-with-the-first-five-hours/ http://www.pcgamer.com/dragon-age-inquisition-hands-on-with-the-first-five-hours/ That's a company that has faith in its product, unlike Bungie / Activi$ion, refusing the typical pre-release review.
-
DUDE. Bungie are trying there best, there providing free weekly updates that are changing the game immensely, and even some weekly events. Thats the sort of stuff that other companies would put into dlcs

Edited by Khârn the Betrayer: 11/14/2014 2:58:07 AMLet's play up the forum crazy here a bit. The 16 free DLC is likely already on disk and not DLC at all. In reality, they probably chopped it up and decided to offer it up as free DLC for free publicity. This is highly likely because they're probably on every form of social media watching the mass QQ. It's an easy way to attract masses of zombified gamer drones. You're now known as witcherwhores and have been fooled by the establishment. Since I called out their insidious and genius plan, watch the witcherwhores come out of woods and salt circles to defend it. #internetidiociyatitsfinest

bungie doesn't know what "nice" means.

Really looking forward to Dragon Age Inquisition
when they actually give as shit about their fans and not just about making money and scamming 12 year olds
If you dont see that every single game company is robbing us, including your beloved 'Witcher' then your just another lost cause, go talk to people on the 'Witcher' forums, im sure you would all have a great time beating each other off...

OUCH OUCH OUCH, but SO TRUE, LOL!!!!!
-
This & can't wait for Cyberpunk 2077
-
or look at the Final Fantasy mmo, free update/dlc with missions new class etc etc. so it is possible :-)
-
Its activision, they charge 15 for 4 cod maps... so its a pretty good deal for how they usually bone their fans.
-
The Elder Scrolls shits on the Witcher's face. All day, every day. Not a problem.
-
Lol, yeah... okay! Those DLC are nothing more than chincy hand outs being used as a marketing tactic.
-
I wonder though (not that it matters to me, I buy digital) will the game come with a key code for the DLC? More or less cd projekt red making you buy new rather than used since you wouldn't get a code for 16 DLC packs?
-
Tell me more about this guarantee of yours.
-
Seriously... What garbage... Their so called "DLC's" are nothing more than minor perks... Armor shader here and there, maybe a new quest, a beard and hairstyle... Woopty doo, the game will probably suck.
-
Did you read that article? The expansions exist of: First expansion: armor set Second expansion: a mission Third expansion: an armor set. All fine and dandy really. But they release bits and pieces of little work for free. They claim big corporations are greedy and they are with you, the gamer, against the big world. Nice marketing tactic. But it's not world-changing or kindness, it's marketing and they damn well know the value of what they are giving away. If bungie were to release a new look for your character each month for free, would that make you love bungie? Would that enhance the gameplay? Your comparison has littleto stand on. Being dissapointed with bungie for not making skyrim the spaceage is understandable from your point of view. But comparing one cheap marketing trick to the next isn't going to change a thing.

So a purely story driven single player rpg with a previously established world and history that doesn't incorporate multi player team missions pvp matches and raids is going to have more content...Go figure. haha
-
No this is what company's who may be projecting lower sales do to lure a few more eyeballs to their game. Or the game is crap and need a hook to get more eyes on game. Just my thoughts.
-
It's only $20 if that's too much or even hard to get for you, you need to get up and get a job buddy

Edited by TheUnknownMerc: 11/13/2014 3:01:14 PMThe free DLC doesn't even get me. CD Projekt that basically owns GOG is one of my favourite companies. DRM Free, 20% off if you have the last two games, tons of art and shit for preordering...not even the limited edition shit this is just regular edition. Not to mention GOG itself is just a savior for people like myself...old games that couldn't run on vista/7 and now they do thanks to CD Projekt...Love them, community saviors. A company that has my loyalty! Also i don't think people get that they aren't taking the DLC seriously...it's a jab at companies that take out content and SELL for DLC...so they are taking shit out and giving it as DLC for FREE...it's a mockery of other companies not a serious "FREE DLC" more like "hey look we have DLC to...but free :P"

Why is this post suddenly hidden? Did you get bungie all worked up?
