i did vog alot. and that 1 time when i finally got atheons epiloqe the game crashed (typical error) and i never recieved it. that was 2 or 3 weeks ago. im sure u at bungie (devs,mods) can see that it dropped for me via ur logs. is there any way to get it back? or is it "bad luck.deal with it" ? frustating when u do vog only for this weapons and WHEN it drops u crash. and the next time when u find ur 3rd Vision of Confluence of course u keep it and wont crash :D
