When a bounty mission comes up asking you to kill X mob in Y story mission with the "heroic" modifier active, is there any difference, other than the level of the mobs, between setting it at level 12 vs level 28?
I played it at level 28 today, just for kicks, and saw no increase in drops of blues, purples or ascendant stuff (everything that dropped from killing mobs was green, and there was no end of mission reward)... so why would I bother setting it on anything other than the lowest available level to satisfy the "heroic" flag?
If there's no change in the rewards for playing it at a higher level (like, e.g., there is for playing the daily heroic on 28 vs 20), why even bother having those level settings for the story missions?

Well if you want the challenge I guess. The mobs may increase.... I don't know. Had one for Eye of Sardok I think, I died from stupidity, but it wasn't that bad at level 20. That one is better than Telthor the unborn.
