Was running a Vault of Glass normal-mode. Made it to the end of the phase just prior to Atheon emerging. When the phase attempted to shift, my game completely froze, stopped responding, etc. Held that screen for a few minutes, finally quit and reopened the game. When I got back in, I found that I had not received loot for completing the phase. Has anyone had a similar issue? Internet has been wonky all day - ISP provider having a statewide outage. I'm not sure if this had anything to do with the crash, but I had disconnected a handful of times prior to that.
