Destiny 2? WT*?

How the flying **** are you working on a sequel when the first DLC hasn't even dropped and the current game is still so glitched? Did you just give up on it. That, to me, is a slap in the face. You expect people to pick another copy, grind for a great deal more hours just to be screwed over a second time. Or did you get it right this time? Why not fix what you already have tight now? It's not a bad game, it's actually pretty good but dam that shlt don't smell like roses. AAA title games should not be so flawed!

Studios with planned sequels or next titles do this all the time. It takes a while for a game to be developed. It's not like Destiny 2 is coming out next year. What I don't get is why people choose to ignore this and get all in their feels about a sequel being in development already. Bethesda did this with Skyrim, even before they dropped Oblivion. IW/Treyarch do this EVERY YEAR without people crying about it. I mean shit, I guarantee you that Sledgehammer have already got their next CoD title in development as well but you don't see people getting all emotional about that, do you? Also the fact that it has been publicly known (FOR A LONG TIME) that Destiny will spawn 2-3 more games in the series. Do not act all surprised and butthurt after getting confirmation on something EVERYONE HAS KNOWN FOR A WHILE.

    • Yeah the game will probably take 4 years at minimum to develop. They have different teams working on different things. It was all announced a very long time ago welcome to the past.

    • One word, Activision. They likely plan on making this their next cash cow since they're just about out of ideas for CoD. In any case, they aren't going to stop developing Destiny 2 at this point and that means we are dealing with a split dev team and likely slower/fewer updates to the current game. That's why I won't be buying another Activision game, and yes, that includes CoD:AW and all other big Activision titles.

    • If they are going to hit a Christmas 2016 deadline, they will have 2 years to build new levels, design new enemies, and write a new story. The story in Destiny feels like it was rushed, and I don't want that to happen for Destiny 2.
