So I went on the ghost hunt cause other then the raid there wasn't much else to do and I figured why not so I could unlock more grimore cards to read through. I went through every area to double check what I had gotten already while running with a guide and I am pretty sure two of the ghosts have glitched for me. I have the one in the tower that's behind the special events door. I also can't remember which ones I did grab before running through with the guides so I don't know if there is a way to know which ghosts unlock which cards so I could go and look so I know which ghosts are glitched
