So I was thinking to myself lately about a few ideas and this one struck me as good. Plus it was one where I could make a good post contributing to the game and not criticizing it or pointing out its flaws. So with that said, lets get to the point. I really wanted something better in the game. I realized after 8 days of playtime that the exotics in the game really weren't too powerful; but I wanted more power. So I thought about making a new category of items in the game. Making this new category the best category or gear in the game. Now I realized that this new better than exotic category should have some very ridiculous crazy low drop rate to keep it just hard to get. It needs to be lower than an exotic drop rate to keep it very special. So that you can be kept apart from other people. So that when people see you with said new category gear on, they follow you around to get a good long look at what rare thing you have. Because at this point in the game, everyone has the same exotics. Making every "super hero" not super at all. And Bungie said in this game every guardian will be unique. But they aren't. This would help keep the uniqueness of people. Having a new category would make people feel like legends when they customize their guardian. To put some perspective on this idea, it's like the legendaries in World of Warcraft. You can do raids and get raid gear but there's that small sliver of a chance that one person will get a legendary, changing his life forever. I thought about a couple of names for the new category and one really stuck with me. Mythic. Plus, I don't really expect Bungie to put this in the next update. This is more for their next title (Destiny 2 or what ever it's gonna be called) because they have other things to fix and worry about still. Any ideas for better names? Is this a good idea? Why or why not? Am I crazy? Feedback is appreciated. - Remember Ghosts
