Am I doing something wrong!?!??
Ok well I'm a level 24 hunter and lately I've been grinding alot to level up. the thing is whenever I get a blue engraved it only comes out as rare never legendary!! And I've been getting alot of England but none legendary! Why is this? Is it because my cryptarch is only a level 4??Do you guys have any tips for me on how I can level up faster?

How much England have you gotten?

It doesn't matter what rank you are with the Cryptard Getting a legendary out of a blue is roughly 3-5% (from my experiences) I get a legendary for about every 20-25 blue engrams

I'm sorry but you say you've been grinding but your cryptarch is rank 4?????? Wtf?... I grind, cryptarch rank 74.

Engram* level up your factions and buy the legendary gear. Then do raid when you're 26 to get better stuff

Join a faction, farm rep, buy legendary armor, it's the only surefire way.
