10 things I will always remember about Destiny

The 10 things I will take from the Destiny experience, in no particular order. The wtf moments ( not all in a good way) 1. What a great looking game, from the epic backgrounds to the small details just stunning, even weeks later I'm seeing things and thinking how cool is that. Take time to walk around the game. 2. Suddenly realising Destiny was not open world when I walked of the map on the moon :( 3. The gunplay is there a smoother game out there? 4.the loot cave - the funniest thing I have ever seen in a major game, players standing around shooting into the same space lol. Then bungies lame response and some of community too " this is not how Destiny should be played"sigh 5.the early cosmodrome missions so immersive the fallen climbing along the ceiling etc I was hooked 6. Being almost forced to play pvp to do bounties and just how poor the pvp is compared to Halo or even Cod. Rewards completely random not based on performance you could almost hear the screams of the other players lol 7.The campaign I loved it (I know there is no story) I didn't care at that point,I loved the achievement of levelling up my warlock then kicking arse in patrol mode. 8.creating a new character and discovering I had access to the same weapons it was exactly the same campaign not even a slight difference, needless to say I went back to my warlock. 9. Just how weirdly addictive Destiny is,it's the crack of the gaming world. The end game is dire and cold...the same repetitive strikes and missions yet I kept coming back for more. 10. The forum- it has been so entertaining from people blindly defending the game ( they must be bungie employees) to those who are demanding a refund or free DLC after 200 hours of gameplay lol All in all Destiny is just a big disappointment a case of what could or should have been. But it was entertaining for a while despite the frustrations. Some one described it as the phantom menace of the gaming world lol. I look forward to next wave of games in Nov Dec I might even want to play Destiny again (I could even miss it!) in the new year rather than feel I have to in the hope it will suddenly change or improve.
