Right someone clear this up for me, radiance for the warlock, reduces cooldowns obviously, but does it buff damage of abilities? Like does my melee do more damage? Does my wall of grenades do any more damage? Do my bullets do more damage? I don't pay enough attention to notice, I just go all out on a grenade spam and bodies fall, but I was just curious, anyone clear up some of it's more subtler effects?
