It has come to my attention that not all members are aware of what the [u]First Come, First Served rule[/u] entails. While this rule [b]DOES[/b] mean that the first 6 members that confirm their spot get a chance to participate, it [b][u]DOES NOT[/u][/b] mean that if you should have to leave early, the Raid will[i] stop[/i]. If you do have to leave a Raid before its finished another Member will be brought in as a Substitute to take your place. This ensures that Members who were able to stay for the full duration do not get cheated out of a chance for Raid gear or any other loot in the Raid. Now that's cleared up I'm pleased to announce that this week alone we have added[b] 3 new members[/b]. We're growing by the day Seekers and while this is a good thing it is also problematic. With a fire-team cap of 6 players, some people may feel like they are being pushed aside when they do not get a chance to play. [b]This is not the case,[/b] we value each and every one of our members and they all add something unique and skilled to the group. I am currently discussing methods with my Admins that will insure that everyone gets a chance to play.
