Honestly i dont care anymore. The one thing i like when playing a game is the story, this game has none. Dont say look at the grimore cards for the story. Sorry but thats not in the game. This is like a choose your own adventure book with half the pages missing. There is very little back story. Yes i have over 200 hrs invested already. I like the mechanics of the pve. Its pretty much run in bash the shit out some mob. I have fun running around with friends. But that is getting pretty boring.

I don't give a crap if this is timed content. It is likely all of this was part of the full game before it was ripped up. And for us to get less of it for the same price? I am so sick of the greed and arrogance in corporations these days. Not 1 decision is made for the player base or fans of the game. Every single decision made is about money and nothing else. I get so disgusted by this and really wish there was something we could do. How can we tell these companies that its wrong lock off content to half of your players?

What if the dlc didn't include the exclusive strike and instead it was just a bonus for PS players, with XB getting it a bit later? If you couldn't care less about the exclusive then we are all paying the same amount of money. >.>

Bungie knows that at least 60% of Xbox one users will jump ship to MCC and 360 users will play CoD, it makes financial sense to appease the Sony players with lures of superficial treats. I care not for this stop gap game and all the BS politics involving Bungie and Microsoft that go with it. Was I entertained for a few weeks playing Destiny? Yes. Did I receive value for money on my purchase? No. Are users of [u]ALL FOUR[/u] consoles; regardless of allegiance, getting slightly ripped off regarding DLC? Abso-bloody-lutely!

What annoys me about it is that Microsoft (a multi-billion dollar a year company) isn't who's being screwed over, they could not care less about the drop that missed their bucket. It's the end user, you and I, the little guy that spends the extra cash after his bills are paid and family is fed on a game that he believes is going to be "Legendary" only to be let down and charged the same amount as the other guy with a different console for less content because someone in the upper echelon of the company is butthurt or the partner company is in bed with the other consoles maker. And to those of you who are going to defend their actions with some ridiculous example of how its okay to do what they did, please understand that if the company makes a game exclusive to a system that I don't have, well then it sucks to be me in the situation. But if the game is not system exclusive don't rip me off by charging me more for less content. For the people that need an example: You walk into a restaurant with a friend and both order the same meal,pay the same price but when it arrives your server informs you that because you're wearing red and your friend's in blue you get less content for the same price. However in a year if you're still interested you can come back for the rest of it, but it's going to be a bit old. You have been ripped off. On a side note, for all the playstation fanboys that are planning to flame this post, please don't waste my time or your energy, you're completely unaffected by this so your argument is invalid.

both xbox and ps4 have almost same amount of exclusive games, you just happen to play a game that has a semi-exclusive with PS3/PS4. consider yourself still lucky. imagine if it was only PS exclusive.

To Activision: The business practice of price discrimination is not okay. If Destiny itself was exclusive to one console/platform, then this would be a non-issue. I understand that deals are made to promote one platform over another, and that is fair. However, when you do open up the game to all platforms, charge them all the same amount of money, but give one segment of customers get a subset of the same product, then that is a very big problem. And that to me is sad because despite the product flaws and story execution, I enjoy Destiny quite a bit (I've played 80 hours so far.) To the Community: As a product designer, it is my job to understand product market fit, and to test various hypotheses. When a new business model is proposed, it has to be proven by the data: in this case, it is the # of sales generated and the customer sentiment towards the product. We are part of an experiment as we speak: Will Xbox customers buy the DLC even if they know they will only receive a subset of the product for a limited time and still pay the same price? I don't think Activision would gamble like this if they didn't believe that hypothesis to be true. I wouldn't be surprised if they think that people are addicted to Destiny and that the customers would rather stay apathetic, play the game, and grumble on the forums rather than to take a stand by not purchasing the DLC. (Assuming they are upset by the price discrimination.) Let it be clear: This is not about money. This is about principle, and the slippery slope for an even deeper cut of content in future DLCs. I think we can all agree that content is most important here. So this is really in your court. Your actions will either prove or disprove the hypothesis. I unfortunately made the mistake of not reading the fine print when I purchased the Digital Guardian Edition, and there's nothing I can do to take that back, but that doesn't mean that my voice and yours, my dollar and yours, don't make a difference now and into the future. You decide based on what is important to you. Also, I would love to hear your thoughts on the matter. Does price discrimination bother you? Why or why not? P.S. Im a ps4 owner and i dont like Xbone, but i do think it's messed up that xbone owners have to pay the same for less content. At the end of the day we're all gamers.

You guys get Halo Titanfall and CoD content early. On the Fps front you shouldn't feel screwed.
