Not Receiving Notifications Through Bungie Site and App
So I've been commenting on the forums quite a bit recently and even have a thread going in the off topic section, yet no matter how many times people respond to me or post something, I don't get a notification.
I checked all the options and they seemed a-ok with all the right boxes ticked and I get notifications from pm's on my phone but absolutely nothing from the forums since yesterday.
Edit: Can now confirm that issue persists on the website as well. Believed that it is across all notifications at this point and not just forum posts.
Edit 2: Attempted signing off and back on and turning off all notifications and turning on all notifications with no change.
Edit 3: Deleted app off of phone and reinstalled with no change in notification fields. May have correlation with PSN having been down yesterday.
Edit 4: Push notifications appear on my phone but still don't appear in app or on site.
Edit Final: Answer in comments, thank you! The only problem now is the usual red bubble that denoted having a notification is no longer there.

1 ReplyA change to notifications at the beginning of October separated notification settings for the website and the app. Unfortunately, the new controls are not available on the app. Log in at the website, and go to your account settings. Set the notifications for your email, app, and website as you desire and save. You will begin receiving notifications again.
