Training for the Vault

Our biggest problem with our team is that we don't have much synergy or teamwork. Everyone tries to be the leader. We should run parts of the vault throughout the week just so we learn what roles we're most comfortable with instead of just trying to finish it all at once and assigning roles as we go Also the vault does save your progress for a week So even if we get four people and could get past the initial chunks it'll help us out since we can do the frustrating parts later. Now I'm not saying that we have bad players but I'm saying that we're just not coordinated at all. With our team we need to practice a strategy because of our layout since we're not a balanced team. Since we don't have a Titan I recommend one of our Warlock to be a relic Holder for the Templar fight speccing themselves in armor. Hunters are just too squishy even when specced for armor since you have to give up recovery for it. At the very least a warlock Fully Specced in armor can keep themselves healthy enough to run around and get their shields up really quick. Besides Hunters are best at damage all of our hunters should be specced to do as much damage as possible. I recommend for our Hunters to be Specced in Gunslinger for this fight with Over the Horizon, Knife Juggler, Keyhole, and Combustion. We did very well in the beggning parts of the vault. We had good communication and managed to get through the first parts rather timely. But as soon as the Templar happened everyone just got frustrated and things started getting heated. Comms during the raid should just be kept open for callouts, If someone dies then just report it you don't need to give a reason let's keep our focus on the enemy. In addition the raid needs to be kept serious. We're not good enough at the raid where we can have conversations outside of the raid at the same time. We can hear you, you know. But we shouldn't be so uptight either. Someone makes a mistake, they make a mistake we can discuss it later. Like the guide says. Take shelter from the Templar Kill Oracles Revive team mates Damage the Templar Kill Harpies These are our goals in order of what we need to prioritize. Notice how damaging the Templar is next to last in the priorities list and how Survival is first. We really need that to be our focus. Also don't worry about the way other people have run the vault or any special tricks. We're our own group and we don't have all the advantages of a fully stocked team. Well I would write more but I have class. Let's have an open discussion about this because we all have a voice. We have ideas of how we want to get it done but everyone is upset that we keep choosing one way over theirs. We should have these discussion before the raid not during.
