very important about why titans don't have blink
I honestly don't know why they didn't get it from bungie, but from lore they didn't learn it.
On my leg armor for my warlock the description says "we learned how to blink from warlocks. But please don't admit that" -from Aphrorisms to anger warlocks, a Hunter handbook" which means titans simply didn't ask.

i honestly think blink for hunters was a lazy move by bungie for a movement ability. instead of coming up with an original movement (like dash, or flash run) they copied and pasted from the warlocks GG bungie

The other classes have blink because that's the last thing they do right before they're smashed by Fist of Hammer

Could you imagine? Blink in to a crowd, perform super. The tears would run in a torrent.
