I have to wonder, where the hell do you get most of these... and why are they all so hard to unlock? Eva Levante, the woman who sells armor shaders & emblems, has had the exact same shaders in her inventory since launch. She only updates her stock of emblems. Why can't she sell more of these? I'd really like to get my hands on the "Amalthea" shader, but it's a Legendary, and I don't even know where to begin to look if I want it.
