So ya, didn't happen to me just once, but 3 times today alone. Had green engrams from the Cryptarch (which I bought) and instead of it "being at least of that engram colour class", it was common. Not only today though; just got fed up. I have had rare engrams go to uncommon weapons. So yes, Bungie's gawdawful and stupidly unfair loot system is still broken despite what they try to tell you. I am getting fed up with this game; the Endgame is just not fun. It's tedious and boring. The lack of appropriate loot (which is even worse when you consider the Crucible), and aggravating leveling system merely detracts from players' ability to have fun with friends and take on the raids. Bungie: fix your $h*t.
