What's the point of pulse rifles?
I've been trying to level up the Red Death recent but I've come to the realization that this isn't a gun I would ever actually use. Between my Epilogue, Grim Citizen, Regime, and Confluence, I can't find a place to fit a pulse rifle in. What am I missing?

Red Death is a bad Pulse Rifle. If you can, get ahold if a Praedyth's Timepiece. It's the raid pulse rifle and it wrecks PvP. Red Death rate of fire is too slow to be enjoyable to me. I have it about half upgraded and since I got my Ice Breaker from Atheon, I just can't bring myself to finish leveling it up.
