Needed Changes For Destiny

I'm sure others have made this same exact post on the forums but I want to create my own to continue the trend. Vaults: 1. We need more Vault space in are Armor, Weapons and General categories, 20 doesn't cut it. Maybe 50-75? Bungie doesn't really expect you to keep 3 different character overtime and only have 20 slots in your Vault to mix up the Armor between characters. 2. The General section of the Vault is pretty annoying. Currently I only have Shaders in the General section of the Vault because everything else would just make it full instantly. 3. Inventory: 1. The only BIG problem I have with Inventory section is the Consumables. Why cap the Ammo Synthesis at 20? I have 2 stacks of White, Green and Purple Synthesis and it just takes up so much space. Not to mention the Consumables from the other in-game items like Weapon Telemetries, Glimmer Boosts(Ether Seeds, Resupply Codes, etc.) and Cryptarch Glimmer Trade-Ins. 15 slots is a very small amount. 2. Inventory Consumable Glitch. If you have 15/15 slots filled up in your consumables slots, none of your Ammo Synthesis's will work and your gun won't give you full ammo. #GG Glimmer. 3. The Mission section is pretty much useless until Queen Missions come along... We don't get random Crucible or Vanguard Bounties anymore from the Postmaster past level 20. 4. Trading: 1. Trading would be a pretty cool feature in the game, It would definitely add a more fun aspect to the game; it would just feel more genuine, if you know what I mean. 2. Can only trade with people if they've been on your friends list for at least a month. This would defeat the scare of Bungie thinking of people abusing the system. 3. Clan Banks: 1. Clan Bank size of 100. Safe and nice way to share your Weapons/Gear between your classmates for a certain amount of time. Loaned Item will be sent back the original owner after loan time is up. Loaned Item will stay with Loaner until activity is completed. 2. Maximum of 2 Items can be Loaned/Lended at a time. 3. Characters: Hunter: 1. PKodon: Make the Double Jump on Hunters more effective at reaching higher heights. 2. 3. Titan: 1. Snerv: Increased radius of Fist of Havov. 2. 3. Warlock 1. Snerv: slightly reduced radius of the Nova Bomb explosion. 2. 3. Thanks for reading.

  • I haven't been on in a several weeks, but wow some of the updates I've read about titans seem very lopsided. Let's take the striker and make it as op as sun breaker. While warlocks have there tricks and some insane armor, when loaded with ram. The hunters with the highest agility', have the weakest jumps. I know same old rants and bumps. Bungie either did not consider that stats should compliment a class's strength, or had three separate teams of devs working and trying to make each class op. Titans won, heaviest = high jump, like a 400 lb basketball star, now there melee is warlock range, and all because the say titans should have the melee role. Agreed, but as a tank, sun breaker encompasses all ranges. Wtf do hunters have knives if not for added range and damage. You think a telekinetic warlock push or just a fist, would do more damage than a knife to the back of your skull. Idk when I'll be back but I just hope it's not broke by then .BTW I play all three classes, just didn't like saying hold on to my fireteam lemme grab my other class so we can do w/e. Oh and pulse rifles really that much of a base damage decrease, now were back at year one when they sucked, and autos were the easiest and had the highest dps. The problem is Bungie spends took much time looking at the charts and graphs and meters and counting money, to feel the game out and fix the balance issues, of all things. Don't study the numbers guys play the game, like the old school. That's what make a great game, is when you have people can feel what's wrong and needs work and what's perfect, I do it every time I play, until I get the smoothest combo of perks, stats, armor and weapon handles.

    • I disagree with the radius increase for fist of havoc, I think it should have a damage increase instead, that way it still gets a buff but it doesn't affect PVP where havoc strike is an insta-kill anyway.

Not sure why you would want to reduce novabomb and increase Fist of Havoc. I play both classes and they seem fine. *edit* punctuation

Trading should be for everyone but one condition..can only trade exodus to exodus or legendary to legendary...I think that a good way..no matter what people always finds way to abuse it...also one of the idea I love to see is to make glimmer more valuable...maybe let us buy materials with it...because one you get past 20..pretty much you don't use it unless you need ammo pack...

        • I would like to add that, the jump upgrades need to be adjusted for hunters. It is disappointing to upgrade your double jump height, only to find that you still can't reach places other classes can reach with double jump. This is especially evident if you pick the Bladedancer subclass. The impression in game is that the extra height you gain is only another foot or two.
