Do blue engrams ever give Legendary items anymore?
I know blue engrams are supposed to still have a chance to give legendary rewards. But even after turning in countless blue engrams, I can count the number of times I've gotten a legendary on one hand after cutting all my fingers off.

2 Repliesafter my cryptarch turned 30, its rare, but I do get purples. Hopefully, once I get to 40/50 he'll actually give me legendary engrams as a reward. now if only its the blue weapon engrams that'll turn to purples. Tired of getting gauntlets lol.
