i need a good hand cannon, so i don't know which one to buy, any suggestions?

neither...use a scout rifle...its like a sniper rifle and a hand cannon made babies =)™

I would say devil you know for pve and high fixer pvp and thats only because i really like the third eye perk. Just a personal prefrence

Devil you know

I would say devil but I've only had a devil. Mine has increased reload speed if mag (cylinder) is empty and last round in mag (cylinder) deals extra damage plus flared mag. Thing reloads almost instantly. Plus that last shot on a crit zone is a show stopper.

They're both pretty similar. I find the perks on TDYK to be better suited for PvE, and the perks on LHF to be better for PvP. But for the most part, they're entirely interchangeable. If you're a PvE guy go with TDYK, if you're a PvP guy go with LHF.

I recommend the Devil You Know if You want to buy one. The perks for the bought one are pretty good.

They're designed to be relatively equal. I have lord high fixer and my buddy has the devil and in comparison without upgrades they are exactly the same. What you want to look at is the perks available from the vendor, and whether you have more vanguard marks or crucible marks. Either way a hand cannon is a great choice. My best weapon by far in every aspect of the game.

Devil will deal 15% more damage to mobs of enemies due to Crowd Control. It also has higher base Stability than Lord High Fixer and Zen Moment to push that even higher. Third Eye is mostly useless in PvE and while Lord High Fixer's higher base range and Rangefinder are nice, Devil You Know with Send It already has a massive 75~ Range. DYK has higher damage output and less recoil, until you hit the damage falloff, at which point Lord High Fixer is better due to the higher range. I almost always hit max damage with Send It DYK, so I don't recommend Lord High Fixer. In PvP, it's basically less recoil and the ability to 2HKO to the head after Crowd Control or radar when ADS.

I'd say TDYK, but that's just because the one I got has increased accuracy while aiming from the hip. You couldn't ask for a better perk on a hand cannon. Lord High Fixer has an awesome description though. I'd keep em both! Give one to an alt or something.

Edited by GoldenQuiksilver: 10/25/2014 11:13:07 PMI got a lord high fixer with spray & play speed reload, using it with gunslinger speed reload perks is ridiculous, almost instant reload. Lucky lucky. I realise that doesn't help you decide but I would hazard a guess that both are equally good if you like HC's.

Devil you know I heard was pretty good but get your hands on fate bringer :) arc damage, 12 rounds, and stable with knockdown power
