what's the fastest way to get strange

Go down to your friendly neighborhood dive bar and..... Oh you mean strange coins. Weekly heroic strikes at level 28 give you 9. That's 27 a week if you have 3 characters. Most of them can be done solo if your character is at least level 27. I haven't tried it with anything lower. I'd help you with it if I wasn't out of town.

I do tiger strikes until my eyes bleed and get coins from the engrams. The most effective way other than weekly on 28. I just pulled 5 out of 20 blues. That's about 1-2 hours of tigers.
