We are supposed to have our own legends, but we can't make them unique. What bungie could do is have a modeling program on their site that allows you to customize your armor and apply it. When you apply it it covers the armor you wear with the custom armor. You could change the hands, gauntlets, shoulders, front chest, back chest, helmet, shins, upper leg, feet, and class item. As well as the color for them. And if you waned to add some more armor like you want to fill in some crevasses or put more armor on in areas that you think should have a bit more, you can. At the tower their could be some one that can upgrade stats and upgrades on armor. For ammo you could have a skill tree to eventually you could have more ammo for every kind of weapon. Maybe you can give home exotics so you can make armor have multiple exotic upgrades, but its incredibly expensive to do so. Weapons - basically you can change the color of the weapon, element damage, and swap between sights or ammunition type, and upgrades in general as well as the attack number so its good in PvE. And you can upgrade reserve ammo to the point you Regenerate ammo (PvE only for heavies). The cost for upgrades increases as you get better if you didn't guess that already. What do you think?
