...because they more often than not feel like nothing deserving of a "Legendary" tag description. I've lost track of how many consecutive Cryptarch packages have netted me only two blues, some glimmer and rep. Of course this started happening a lot more since engrams were patched. However, the one that really chapped my ass was the Future War Cult package I received for rank 4. This "legendary" package gave me a strange coin, some glimmer and rep. Grinding the rank on these factions takes way too much time to get such a horrible reward.
