A recent YouTube video came out which shows a hunter using a sparrow to drive off a ledge, then bladedancer to melee across the pool of acid to the other side. There is plenty to do on the moon, you can kill Fallen, you can kill Hive, you can grind for helium filaments, you can do a strike, you can do story missions and you can look for chests containing armor you will immediately dismantle. There's no reason for wasting time doing something as pointless as jumping a pool of acid. People need to play the game right and mindlessly grind every day for materials and engrams, there can be nothing in Destiny which resembles or depicts any form of "fun" as Bungie did not intend to make Destiny "fun."
