Skill Sets, Attributes, Gear are all things we desire when attaining high-level characters in Multiplayer RPGs such as Destiny and Diablo...well, more so for Diablo, which is something I feel Destiny dropped the ball on. Perhaps with time and patches more Loot and skill sets will be available to us with a variety of characteristics such as in Diablo. Now here me out, if you've ever played diablo you know your soul mission is to build a character superior than others, it's a never-ending mission considering how so many variations of specific pieces of loot may be found. Diablo releases certain equipment which will have characteristics such as this for example: One Specific Legendary Body Armor - before decoded will have possible stats such as this - +25-50% Increase in Defense + 3 Random magic properties -this leaves the gamer hungry to find a better version of the same piece of armor they already found closer to the +50% increase in Defense and the best random magic properties you could find. Understand? Okay, good now to why I believe if this was integrated into Destiny it could become an even more profound ground breaking game. Destiny could be the first game ever to be a first person shooter with unbelievable control on weaponry and abilities, while having such an in-depth Loot arsenal, the ultimate First Person Multiplayer Shooter Role Playing Game (it's got a nice ring to it lol) I believe this would keep players hooked for years to come. In addition, the skills and abilities could be expanded a bit more even though it is simplistic beauty, but being a hardcore player (wish I had more time to play, 26 year old recent graduate working full-time makes me to busy dammit! Lol) an upgraded loot arsenal and skill class would get me itching to play even more than I am now. Nonetheless, it's a great game and if Destiny creators don't hop on this idea I believe someone else will, hell id love to help develop a video game with the concepts mentioned in this blog!
