Lag in Multiplayer
So I don't know if its only me, but sometimes during multiplayer I come across a player who is lagging incredibly bad, but everyone else isn't, I'm constantly being killed by them even when I know their no here near me on my screen, so what's happening? Is it my connection or just someone else's K-mart connection.

It could be either. Typically when you experience lag on one player, from my experience in other games, it was regional. Meaning accounts from many South American countries would lag for me or lag the game in Reach - as an example.
