Yesterday, I took a full group of new players to VoG into the raid Some had greens and some had blues, but all I know is that they were rejected out of it by groups because of gear etc. I led this group to atheon and downed him in 1 1/12 hours. I was the only one with prior knowledge of the raid and it was a group of randoms from the forums. But it isn't as hard as everyone thinks and I don't understand why people are acting so outrageously towards others in the LFG forum for VoG. Honestly all people need is guidance. Try being a little more helpful to improve this community :3 Extremidies out!

Edited by Blubernut: 10/23/2014 3:38:21 AMWelp, all I can do is disagree with you. I run with 3 other friends, all of us lvl 29 with maxed gear and maxed class, and we haven't gotten past the first drop-off thing. The enemies are not bad at lvl 25-27 but...THERE'S NO INSTRUCTIONS. We have literally no idea where to go. No indicators, markings or hints of any sort. It was bad enough trying to figure out how to even open the door; took about 10 hours of trial and error to only do it by accident. We just play the game in game. Or: We do not go in search of videos, forum posts or some ephemeral "community" to help us out. I don't want to spend time on a forum, I want to play! In fact it is a sigh of my utter desperation that this is my first post on B.net about 3 years. I have finally broken down to try and get some help "online" because we really like the game but are so completely frustrated by the seemingly stupid difficulty of the VoG. Normally I would just avoid something like this in a game, but it is the only place where you can obtain items fort the lvl 30 cap.
