level 20+ question
Still no answer..is RNG broken on the higher level story missions? I've been running Venus and Mars on 20 and aside from drops I don't get a flipping thing in the rewards screen. Is the PVE portion really only progressable on strikes? I don't mind just need to know

Okay thanks for the responses..I just sent of the PS4 to be repaired so I'll be out of play for about a week but once it's back I guess I'll start hitting the playlists with everyone else or grinding randoms on patrol.

RNG is kinda broken, if I run patrols I wind up getting like 4 ships a day -_- it's freaking dumb

I get that a fair bit or you get gear that's about 4 lvls lower. Not broken just very, very, very random. I think I've blasphemed Rngesus

Strikes, Raids, Daily Heroic Story, Weekly Nightfall Strike, and Weekly Heroic Strike offer the best and unknown rewards.

Yeah that was one thing I've seen some request for. There are no bonus rewards for doing story missions on harder difficulties. I think it just gives you a slight increase for legendary random drops during mission.

Your best bet is strikes. Get rep and marks and get armor from the vanguard vendor. Also the engrams you get have a chance to become legendary armor of its blue or purple. GL!
