As it now is, I think WoD is not a balanced super. It's completely random.
- There's no way of telling how long it will last, it's a non- reliant super ability.
- There's no way of telling what buff you are running, it's a non- reliant super ability.
- Other supers can just destroy your shield, it's a non- reliant super ability.
- Orbs of light created from the shield are quite random, it's a non reliant super ability.
- How much is the dmg buff. No clue of really telling IG, it's a non- reliant super ability.
I think there should be some rebalancing to adress these issues.
- Visual indication of how long the WoD will last (some sort of visual timer animation).
- Colour coded shields (to indicate what buff it gives)? Or maybe some type of animation (a radiating shield for the weapon buff)
- Buff the shield so that it is harder to destroy. For example only when u use a super INSIDE the shield instead of just negating it with your own super ability. I don't think this would make the shield OP since it would still be vulnerable in a way.
- An indication how many orbs of light are created IG (in the description).
- An indication of the buffs IG.
I think these are some minor changes to make this super ability more balanced. As it is now, I feel like it's only used as a buff bubble instead of a shield bubble. Making the super more reliable would greatly improve its usefullness, both in PVE and PVP.
I'm looking forward to some feedback of you guys and I hope Bungie reads this.
*Btw, this is my opinion. I'm not complaining since I very much like to use WoD. I only see it could be a bit better balanced. As a defender, I would greatly appreciate these changes and I'm trying to be constructive. And in advance, sorry for possibly grammar errors, I'm not a native English speaker.

Yeah the defender's shield is way too weak and other supers can easily crash it or kill it's occupants. The timer is a good idea, cause you've got no clue right now how long the shield will last.
