Kmart has them on sale! lol Seriously though, your Ghost in the game is your own. He found you and is there to guide you through your adventures. If you are talking about the ghost shells, there was only one offered for the PS 3/4 players due to a deal made with Bungie/Activision. There will be opportunities in future content to find new shells, but that is well.......in the future.
