Sign here if you've been stuck at 29 for over a month
Can't get a third piece of raid gear to save my life. We struggled through on Hard, I ended up working out solutions when we got stuck,, no helmet, no mythoclast. Beat it again today on Normal and aside from Hezen's Vengeance all I get is ascendant materials. It's pretty disheartening to wait a week only to end up getting shafted by RNG again. I just want to hit 30, preferably before the [i]second[/i] Raid comes out.

I gave up on raid gear. Getting a full team of six players for the Vault of Glass is easy, but they end up leaving shortly after :(

9 raids...6 normal, 3 hard, and still no greaves.

Still... No gauntlets to hit level 30 while my friends have full raid gear for their alternate characters, I'll just keep trying!

I stopped caring once I saw the VoG itself. 90% horde mode with stealth gimmicks that should have been in the story mode and traversal checks that would be better placed in open world. Oh boy... Can't wait to run this 8 times a month. Can a brother get an escort mission? With all the hand holding in this game, you can be damn sure we'll be able to buy our way into future lvl locked content from Xur. I hardly think being lvl 30 is worth anything more than showing everyone how much RNG loves you.

I got a Hunter thats 29 and I need Either the raid Helmet or raid Chest Piece so i can get it to 30. i also have a titan that needs an Exotic Helmet (im after the one that makes Ai blind when in ward of dawn) for it to reach 30...so irrittating.

4 RepliesLvl 29 hunter here. I am fully maxed out and have done a grand total of 25 vault of glass runs between hard and normal. I only need gloves. Not once have I seen them drop in VOG. it's been a good month since I hit 29 and I think its dumb as hell that Bungie decided to lock the level cap behind RNG. OH AND BY THE WAY....Xur has never sold a gauntlets engram nor a piece of exotic hunter gauntlets. So...thats cool. Titans and Locks get them but -blam!- hunters right? I'm raiding this week and if I dont get anything then this game is just going to be a memory of mine.

Signed ! - Been at 29 for over a month and half now . Meanwhile everyone and their alts is hitting 30 around me. Those damn boots just wont drop for me..

26 completions, still missing a piece. You know how mad I get when noobs be like" I played the raid 5 times and still no luck" get on my luck level then we will talk.

Yup, RNG Gods don't like me well enough to give me raid gear. But I'm cool with it :)

I cant get a second piece to save my life. Resorted last night to deleting my titan to make a second warlock to better my chances since apparently my alt hunter is a lucky duck. I just hope next week rolls better for me....for the 4th time in a row wishing for better luck lol

Lel. I've gotten to 28 without any RNG luck whatsoever in a little under 2 days of playing time. Figure with if RNG kicks in for me and I get some damn shards It won't be too difficult to get to level 30.

1 ReplyThink of this game like Pokemon. Wtf are you going to do with your pikachu at level 100? And you have all original 150 Pokemon. Talk about grinding levels without doing that missingno glitch for rare candy(which is compared to Atheon glitch) and getting lucky to capture those original 150 pokemons How fun was the red and blue versions after that?

I give up trying for the raid, I still try on both my warlocks I have one exotic and raid boots but I have done the raid at least 10 plus times now and all I have gotta is Atheons, and the rocket launcher... Oh and a million shards I'm good for a while for levelling my gear. It's all luck based and we'll my luck ran out
