LEGENDARY ENGRAM PER DAY METHOD.
Now, I regularly do the daily heroic story, and I found something out which will help players that find it difficult to get good gear. If you do the heroic story without dying, you get a legendary engram! I'm sure some people already know this, but I thought I should share it with the community. ☺

That's a lie. I always solo it w/o dying I have gotten legendaries. But I've also gotten just 1-3 blues.

Just beat the level 28 daily on 3 characters without dying, didn't get a single legendary.

To repeat what someone said above, you've been lucky Dude. I do the heroic every day, and despite one death (by the Architects damn them) I've only ever got ONE Legendary Engram. It turned into a Hunter cloak which obviously got my Warlock all shivery with anticipation. ....... Balls.

not true, sorry. Its random. I often complete these without dying, its not usually an issue. More often than anything its a blue.
