bladedancer question please.
Hey guys. Sorry to bother you all, just a quick bladedancer question. If I have the fast twitch perk, does this mean I don't need gear with strength please? Can I just get gear with intellect and discipline? Also if I did have gear with strength and also had the fast twitch, would this make a huge difference? What if no fast twitch and just the strength, anyone know the CD please?

2 RepliesEdited by TtargetPractice: 10/21/2014 2:53:04 PMI haven't timed precisely it but with 0 strength I estimate the cooldown to be about 10 or 12 seconds. I would assume that strength has a huge effect on it. I just recently replaced my last piece of strength gear, and with only 64 strength the difference between it's current cooldown and the lower one was noticeable. I have been curious about this, myself, but never really had the inclination to dig further. Hopefully someone with a strength build can comment. edit: I noticed that the trash gear I was using to swap my good armor could bring me above 100% melee cooldown. I put it on and tested blink strike with fast twitch, it cools down in 3 seconds.
