I feel like it personally ups my PvP game and is a bit of an assholeish mind game against the opposition. If I can piss of an enemy to where they just want to chase after me all game long then that's one less person capturing zones etc. I also use it to consistently draw an opponent to the same secluded area of a map and camp out with a shotty/fusion. On the flip side I could care less if I'm on the receiving end of the ole Earl Grey, it's all in good sociopathic fun.
