  • I would wait on the suros, almost every player from Lvl 28-30 has this gun maxed they will surely nerf it again it's far to popular, and making the game less dynamic Imo.

What gear you have might delegate what weapons you may favor and vise versa. For example: My Hunters gear has perks for hand cannons so I gave him Thorn. With that said what really matters in the end is what you prefer to use. I can also make some recommendations. Suros Regime is a well rounded weapon Auto Rifle. It's probably the most common primary exotic weapon used in game and for good reason. Overall, it's very easy to pick up on and use for any scenario you may find yourself in. It has a fair sized clip with a steady rate of fire and outputs consistent damage with very manageable recoil. It's "Suros Regime" perk slows down its rate of fire but increases it's damage output. You shouldn't miss much with it. I personally don't use it because it's rate of fire is to low for my liking but, to most that means more precision kills. My wife uses this as her primary! Universal Remote is my go to, up close and personal exotic weapon. It was the first exotic I maxed out! Universal Remote is a Shotgun that goes into the primary slot. It has very high output damage and the "Universal Remote" perk allows it to have more range than your normal shotgun so long as you use the sight on it. I found the ease of use for this weapon to be similar to that of a close to mid range high rate of fire auto rifle. Due to the reload you can also aim and shoot at any point of time so long as you have one round in the mag. There are a few notable weaknesses to this weapon. The first thing I noticed instantly was its ammo capacity. It's has a 5 round mag and carries 25 rounds total. For a primary weapon that is incredibly low. It also is still a shotgun, even with its range increasing perk, it's still a shotgun so I would have a strong special weapon with higher ammo/ "expect to find more ammo for this weapon" perk. It also isn't very ideal for boss class foes due to the fact most can one shot you if you get to close. If you can master this weapon it can be very devastating and can almost garentee you 25 kills, not to mention precision damage with this weapon is off the charts. Thorn is my underdog hand cannon that I absolutely love the perks that come with it. It's customization can make it from a long to mid to close ranged weapon very easily. I found that if you slow down, take your time, almost use it like it is a sniper that this weapon is great tactically. I haven't done the last three damage perks on it yet but it normally does 600-800 precision damage and with its last bullet has increased damage perk, that one normally does 1000-1200 damage. But wait, the best part is still to come! It's "Thorn" perk does damage over time. The damage over time isn't that great, somewhere between 25-40 damage per second for roughly 5 seconds. The tactical meaning to me is high on this, it slows down shield regeneration which is very, very helpful against event target enemies that regenerate thier shields inbetween reloading. The downside to Thorn is painfully annoying. To me it takes longer than average to reload although with the Thorn perk it makes up for that. There is only a 6 round mag with, I think, a max of 68-74 total rounds. So if you miss, you lose out on a lot of damage. With this weapon slow is smooth and smooth is fast but to most that isn't ideal. MIDA Multi-Tool is an exotic scout rifle that is arguably the best scout rifle in the game. It has a 30 round mag with decently high damage, precision or not. It is the most recent exotic I acquired and don't plan too stop using until I max it out. It's perks are fantastic fires on a hair trigger, Rader stays up even while looking through the scope ( I think Suros Regime has that perk as well) and it boost your movement while aiming down the sight which is very noticeable and even more handy. It's rate of fire is moderate for a scout rifle. It shoots roughly the same speed as Suros Regime. Overall it's well balanced and very easy to get use to. The down side is you can't change the scope on it. That's a miniscule fault to some but to others it's a make or break point. It's definitely more effective at a mid range. Long and close range it can still be deadly but finding precision damage with it at those ranges is a gamble. I have plenty other exotics to include, Monte Carlo - Auto rifle and possibly the most badass looking weapon made. Makes me think "Machete" would use this weapon, lol. Ice breaker - special sniper rifle. It has a 6 round mag that does solar damage and regenerates ammo automatically. Pocket Infinity - Special fusion rifle with a 3 round mag that does solar damage. Super Good Advice - Heavy machine gun that does solar damage. The Truth - heavy rocket launcher that does void damage with monsterious damage. Bad Juju - Pulse rifle with a cool green glow. Sorry, I'm not much of a pulse rifle fan so it's last on my list to upgrade. Infected - special shotgun that does solar damage, it too regenerates rounds automatically. My experience with these last few are limited so I really can't go into to much detail. There are still plenty others out there and my goal is to collect them all. If you have any further questions just pm me or if you're on ps4 add me, Sain_Cheese and I'd be more than happy to help you out/ show off my collection! Hope this helps bud, good luck with your future endeavors!
