It's pretty standard stuff for a game to constantly be changing and updating post-release. The most prominent example of this being VALVe's [i]Team Fortress 2[/i], which has undergone seven years of constant game-changing updates, tweaking old content and adding new content. We're no longer in the day and age where a game is shipped 100% of the way done.
