I was reading through the Bungie Weekly Update, and one thing caught my eye. [quote]There should be no single answer for how to win in Destiny.[/quote] In this case it was related to weapons, but what Bungie seems to be ignoring, is how it relates to abilities. I have around 10 VoG normal/hard raids behind me between my 2 characters, and what I've noticed is that [u]nobody[/u] plays warlock with anything other than [b]Sunsinger + Fireborn[/b]. This is coming from a group that usually has at least 3-4 warlocks. I've never seen a Voidwalker in VoG, or even a Sunsinger with Radiant skin or Song of flame. And I'm not even blaming the warlocks, I think the peer pressure for picking Fireborn is just too great. If you make a mistake and die (and perhaps wipe the raid)while having anything but Fireborn, you get bombed with questions about why the hell did you not pick fireborn. This is even a bigger issue on hard mode, where dying has more dire consequences. So i have a few questions for the community, do you also feel this is a problem? And do you see a solution for this? My initial ideas were that Fireborn would only revive you for something like 30 seconds, where you could perhaps still make out with the relic, or defend that control point, but it wouldn't be a mandatory ability anymore.
