I've heard the N word too many times from uneducated geeks.

Edit: By "voice" chat I meant party chat.

If it's the first one, then by all means go and report; but if it's the latter, you shouldn't even be offended by that. That's a new word that more closely resembles the word "buddy" in definition. Also, you're openly joining them and dealing with it. That's all on you. That's exactly why they had no proximity chat aside from fireteams, so they won't be blamed for people talking trash.
