Don't. My suggestion: 1) Make Iron Banner or similar mode permanent and make it work like it was suppose to. Godly guns and armor and all. If players can't handle that, see below. 2) Crucible; I know this will catch a lot of flack, probably, so open to suggestions: restrict or ban legendary or higher weapons. Let Crucuble be for low level/ less skilled players. 3)PvE: don't Nerf guns here. Just don't. We earned it, let us devastate our enemies and feel properly rewarded. Unless there is some sort of technical reason why it can't be done, please separate weapon and armor specs from PvP and PvE.
