When you do join O M G you will be placed under trial (Trial period consists of two raids), if you show good skill level and adapt well to the group you will be assigned a permanent raid group, for (At the moment) Weekend raiding, If you show Promise to be a good raider in time, you will be placed in the guild under Casual raider status and will fill in if permanent raiders are away. If you do not wish to Raid and only join under Casual purposes you will not be required to undergo a trial period. Bad manners will not be tolerated, the one strike rule will apply.
