After recently obtaining an exotic hand cannon, The Last Word, I have come to notice that the hand cannons are somewhat under powered. I noticed that you had increased hand cannon in-air accuracy but I feel like that's not enough. I was patrolling on earth and I couldn't even one shot level 5 dregs with an exotic hand cannon that did over 267 attack damage. Does that make sense? I also feel as if the amount of armor or protection you have doesn't make a difference. The other day on a Daily Mission, I was getting killed in two hits by the Stealth Vandal. Please take note that I use a Titan class and I also had a shield of light when I was killed. I am not sure how Bungie may go about fixing these features but I feel like the better the armor, the stronger you should feel, and that exotics should feel like exotics.
