Hello all. I'm just curious as to why this legendary engram I got from today's daily has a chance to be a rare item? I took a pic of it on my phone and put it on imgur on the link provided. Please tell me why this isn't like all the other engrams that the new update made? Am I excluded from the update or what? I know you all will not fix this I just wanted to report this so you have a record of this before someone else with a worse temper has a hiss fit over this. Thanks.
