Engrams
I'm a level twenty five hunter that grinds a BUNCH but I can't see my self getting out of twenty five usually my drops are green engram's for every 8 green there's a possibility for a rare but never a legendary what am i supposed to do I've bin doing weekly strikes for strange coins for xir and I don't have the team to raid the VoG help a fellow guardian!

Get your vanguard rank to 3. Once at rank 3 you can purchase legendary gear. I believe fully ugraded legendary gear will get you to rank 28.

Best thing to do is to complete Vanguard strike missions.

I got a legendary engram after the daily heroic mission yesterday. It turned into Hard Light. Keep at it my friend, you'll soon get out of the rut you are in
