Universal Remote is worse than most blue shotguns, and has less range than most purples even with its signature ADS bonus somehow. It's far worse off than thorn, and i'm pissed that i wasted all that xp because post-nerf it doesnt even function as a shotgun better than any random green i salvage a hundred of every week. Thorn, by comparison, works fine but just needs some quality of life tweaks and a numbers bump. Any other exotics that are just non-functioning out there?
