Do vanguard vendor weapons rotate elements and upgrades?
Just wondering if vanguard weapon upgrades ever rotate upgrades or elements? Ideally id like to get a legendary rocket launcher with arc damage but the unfriendly giant at the vendor seems to have void at the moment. I have another unfriendly giant with fire damage which i think was a drop.
Also what about vangyard armor? Does it rotate stas or are they always same? Thanks.

Replies are pretty inconsistent so far. I know for sure you can get different elements from DROPS but unsure on vendor rotation still. Ex i have a void light beware that dropped, an arc light beware that dropped and a fire light beware which i am pretty sure came from the vendor.

The vendors are always the same. However drops and engram's will roll from a table of perks and what not.

I was looking at a zombie apocalypse because I thought it was the coolest gun ever but it was always an arc damage one-- after about five days later I looked at it and it turns out it has void damage now.

I vendor ones don't change but there are different variants of them.
