Separate balancing!

I knows it's been said several times but if it is at all possible Bungie PLEASE balance this game separately for PvP and PvE. It's clear you restricted the single player content and mechanics just to try to keep it all in one convenient system. But honestly all the choices I have to make are interesting but in PvE in an RPG you want to progress from weakling to powerful being with full control of their powers. Since you can only use a few of your abilities at a time (no doubt because balancing all of that in full scale PvE would be difficult). Hate to bring up another game but Borderlands 2 was so fun because combining all your abilities would become epic in the end and the game still managed to challenge you. The idea of the crucible is that a lvl 8 or 10 shouldn't be vastly outclassed by a 30 and that is helped by limiting what abilities we can activate. I get that, but we are left feeling weaker in PvE. Take the last column of the Sunsinger skill tree for example. Wouldn't it be cool to have all your grenades set enemies on fire, be able to briefly float while aiming down sights using angel of light (this ability needs a buff btw if it is to be as appealing as the others in the current limited 1 ability only world),and have gift of the sun provide an extra grenade all at the same time. That would make me feel like the powerful Space Wizard I thought I would be. And why do I have to make a choice between enemies I ignite burning for longer and taking more damage or my super lasting longer, or my melee knocking enemies back or giving me a shield? Or as a hunter having it make me invisible or doing more damage from behind? Because they thought too many abilities would make those with maxed subclasses too much more powerful against other players. I don't care how you do it. Make me select my skills at the crucible screen or make a separate page for it and I'll leave them set for it but PvE is suffering and limited to keep PvP happy. Abilities, gun nerfing, it's all to keep it balanced in two game modes that DON'T play the same and so the rules shouldn't be either. If you have to increase endgame difficulty to compensate for added abilities and powerful exotics then do it. I would rather feel powerful against difficult enemies than feel limited in my powers.
