Im just gonna say why pvp gear lvl advantages are off, just make them on. Everyone grinde for gear and when they have it they get killed by uncommon auto rifles ... This is not CoD this is mmofps, so make ppl feel like they put their effort into somthing usefull!!! Till this is done i quit pvp coz its disapointing for me to be light 28 and get killed by lvl 10 coz my leg prince auto has same dmg as theirs uncommon auto rifle. I feel like my effort is not apretiated enough ...
